When did you first hear about "Zezeya"?

Zezeya first opened in mid-April 2023, and its first sales began in the Middle East, gradually expanding to countries!

The reason why we started in the Middle East for the first time was to start selling in regions where “Kbeauty” is relatively less famous and to promote K-beauty to more people!

When Zezeya.com first started, we made a resolution! The idea is that we want to sell products to you at the most reasonable price possible and introduce Korean cosmetics to more people!

Now, various brands are working with Zezeya.com. And more brands would like to collaborate with Zezeya!

Zezeya started with the goal of global sales right from the beginning. Initially, having launched Shopee and Q10 first, we had some understanding of Southeast Asia and Asian countries, but we started completely unaware of the Americas, Middle East, and Europe, which made us quite anxious.

Our site was conceived after much deliberation. Countless efforts and time were invested in the initial development stages. Continuous testing and modifications were made to provide users with a convenient interface and functionality. And at the moment our dream was realized, we launched the site into the world!

After the launch, we faced new challenges. It required efforts to attract and retain new consumers, solve technical issues, and expand the range of brands we handle. These challenges made the Zezeya team stronger and wiser! Through ongoing analysis and adjustments, we continued to evolve.

Initially, Zezeya priced items very affordably instead of charging customers for shipping. However, being a newly opened site and selling at much lower prices than other sites, many people hesitated to make purchases. Therefore, through various attempts, we eventually settled on the current sales method! (Free shipping for purchases over $100)

The site had been open for less than a year, and due to the very low prices and lack of awareness, it had been going through a difficult time for a while. and there were many people spreading rumors that we were a scam site... T_T...

The biggest challenge during international sales was "Global Shipping"!

To reach as many consumers as possible, we searched for shipping companies capable of delivering to numerous countries.

Thus, starting with aramex initially, then opening RINCOS to begin shipping to the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and finally contracting directly with DHL for worldwide shipping!

Finally, last October, we also contracted with Korea Post EMS, so now worldwide postal shipping is possible!

Furthermore, because we believed in the importance of continuously producing our own user-generated content (UGC), we launched the "ZEDDY" program and have been progressing with it.

Through communication with users, we have learned what is important and have developed the site accordingly.
